Agent Qualifications

• For areas targeting non-English speaking buyers you must be able to communicate in the appropriate language. Japan and Brazil for instance.
• You must be a full time real estate agent.
• You must be licensed and in good standing with your local association and better business bureau.
• You must be able to cover the entire exclusive area.
• You must be capable of responding to leads in a reasonable time frame.

Program Requirements

• 30 Agents needed to launch this program.
• January 2008 launch time table requires commitments from at least 20 agents.
